Wendy Brophy

Chief Services Officer

Wendy Brophy started her career with AiMHi in 1991 as part of AiMHi’s relief employee team. Her early years were spent working with children, adults and their families in AiMHi’s Life Skills department. She is privileged to have had opportunities in a variety of roles within the organization. These various roles along with her passion for AiMHi’s mission and the work to support people to have good lives has provided Wendy with the skills and experience to advance to her current role of Chief Services Officer here at AiMHi.

Wendy is passionate about leading teams with positivity, providing leadership, guidance and supporting others to achieve the provision of quality services to the people AiMHi supports and their families. The daily motivation comes from seeing people happy and successful in their day to day lives and Wendy will do what she can to contribute to their success through the work of others. Wendy always knows that when someone at AiMHi says ‘How Can I Help You’ it is sincerely genuine.

Wendy is honored to have met many wonderful people, their families and dedicated colleagues during her tenure and could not have asked for a better opportunity to learn and grow over the years!

When she is not working Wendy will be out enjoying the beautiful recreational spaces Prince George has to offer, landscaping, gardening and often adventuring on her motorcycle.
