Carol started her career with AiMHi as a Residential Care worker in the mid 1980’s. She has worked in a variety of locations, prior to becoming a Manager. She has managed the Community services depts. during her time as Manager. The knowledge, experience, and training during this time was an asset n the position of Director of Services.
Carol has always felt that it has been a privilege to be a part of assisting people to experience new opportunities and be a part of personal growth as they live their best life. It has also been an excellent experience for her 2 children (now adults) to spend time with people who have unique abilities.
Carol’s other interests include coaching speed skating and she has served 10 years on the Board of Directors for either the Prince George Blizzard Speed Skating Club or the Outdoor Ice Oval Society. Most recently has been biking as part of the Wheelin’ Warriors of the North, as we raise funds for Cancer research in Prince George.
