AiMHi has been a leader in providing Community Living Services in Prince George for over 65 years. We are proud to support all members of our community in living their best lives.
AiMHi shares and provides the persons served, and other interested stakeholders, with ongoing information about our performance as a business entity and our ability to achieve optimal outcomes for the persons served, through our programs and services. This report includes the following:
Input Information:
- A compilation of survey results from stakeholders.
- Trends from Input questions are used to assess what AiMHi is doing well and what could be done better with the services we provide. At times these trends may be used to develop the ‘outcome’ questions in the Performance Improvement Report, but generally the data collected is analyzed and used in program planning, performance improvement, strategic planning, and resource planning.
Outcomes Data:
- Analysis of the services that AiMHi provides, and how we provide these services
- Analysis of how effective we are when providing services
- Analysis of how efficient we are when providing services
- Analysis of the experience people have with the services provided
- Analysis of how easily people have access to services
- Analysis of how well we operate as a business
Accessibility Information:
- Demonstrates how AiMHi achieves its commitment to the removal of accessibility barriers for individuals receiving services within AiMHi and the community.
From this Performance Improvement Report AiMHi is able to:
- achieve optimal outcomes for the persons served, through their programs and services
- provide ongoing information about the Agency’s performance as a business entity
- continually improve service delivery and the organization
- provide proof of continuous service improvement
- monitor accessibility issues and remove barriers
