Providing support to people who have developmental disabilities with everyday living skills. Ensuring their physical, medical, educational, recreational, social and cultural needs are met. Maintaining accurate records and reports.Assists with daily living skills. Plans, organizes and implements skill building activities.
Follows service plans and program guidelines. Maintains program charts and finance sheets.
Provides transportation and assist people in accessing community resources. Assists people with hygiene, grooming, dispensing of medication, including transfers of functions such as tube feeding. Assists people in following a healthy diet in accordance with the Canada Food Guide.
Maintains strict confidentiality of any and all information obtained through employment.
40 Hours per week
Sun, Mon, Tue: 0700-1500 / Wed, Thu 1500-2300
