The Manager is accountable for coordinating and monitoring service delivery to people supported by AiMHi. We are seeking an energetic leader with an ability to function independently while managing multiple projects with deadlines. | Requirements: A university degree or diploma in social services related field, a developmental disabilities certificate or demonstrated competency based on a combination of education experience; and a valid BC Driver’s license is required. The successful applicant will have a BC Class 4 Driver’s license or ability to obtain it within 3 months of hire. Experience with disabilities, knowledge of conflict resolution/crisis intervention experience and training | Working a flexible schedule including days, evenings and some weekend work is required.
